A lightly hopped fruity wheat beer, slight aromas of clove and banana. Light and refreshing.

"On tap at Lodi Beer Co. - Aroma of bubblegum, saltine crackers and banana once if warmed up. Appearance was yellow and hazy. Mouthfeel was acidic somehow, light bodied and watery. Flavors had more note of bubblegum, some banana about mid palate and not much else with a lingering finish. This really had none of the traditional qualities in a German Hefe, but it was the usual standard American hefe crappola.
