May Special. A complex bitter brewed with five types of malt and oats, along with inverted sugar and four hop varieties. Full of flavour with a real hop bite.

"Pours out in a slightly hazy bronze colour with a low low white head. Aroma of hay, red apples, metal and cookies. Light-bodied. Apple-skins, grass and vanilla in the flavour. Medium-bitter long finish of grass and hay."
