Another bread yeast beer, this time utilizing wild rice or "Zizania Aquatica". Zizzy incorporates 50 pounds of wild rice and is fermented at a high temperature to develop lots of esters. It's reminiscent of a mild wheat beer with hints of cherry and spice.

"Poured a hazy, yellow orange color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of banana, some light clove and other spice, vanilla, toffee, and some cereal as well. Tasted light wheat malts, clove, with some toffee, black cherry, and light sourdough."
