This beer derives its name from the mystery bicycle that appears to be growing out of a tree in Blue Mound. Well balanced throughout the pallet, with a smooth and warming combination of maltiness, chocolate and roasted flavors.

"Another fine offering from Wisconsin beer guru pfoxyjohn. Pours a murky dark brown with a massive tan Coca-Cola-like head that leaves tons of lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet toasted malts, bitter chocolate, molasses, slight hops and alcohol. Taste is rich with a toasted maltiness and sweetness up front then some chocolate bitterness with an alcohol kick. This would give you Amnesia if you drank several. "
