"Poured in to my British Imperial pint mug..looks really nice and to style as far as i can tell dark amber almost brown beer with a small off white frothy head..that goes fast but leaves nice lacing. Nice fresh aroma..mostly malts..some subdued hop. LOve the taste ,,Alts are not everyones "cup of tea" but I like them..nice malty but not too sweet profiles..a little bitterness at the end..and some faint alcohol in the throat..little spicy Very smooth and well made for my palate. A nice Altbier..not great but good and its good to see more of this style from American breweries "
