A rich winter ale that is equally a desert beer. Malt from a premium Canadian malthouse was used as the single malt variety. British Target hops were used for bittering and flavor. Very nicely balanced, and brewed in the British style with a copper color and lower hopping rates. The finish is dry and not as sweet as many Barley Wines. The ABV is 9.3% and hop bitterness is 40 BU's. A great Winter warmer and traditionally tapped on New Years Eve. What a great way to start the New Year!
