"12 oz bottle. Pours a murky dark tea color with a thin off white head that quickly goes to a thin film that leaves a little lacing.
The aroma is sweet molasses, cola and dark fruits with a little alcohol and green hops.
The flavor is sweet cola and caramel malts with dark fruits and a bitter hoppy alcohol finish. The mouthfeel is medium to a little thin and slightly watery (but not as bad as their other beers).
Overall, a very fine barley wine that is on the sweet side but well balanced. This is easily EP's best brew."
