"Bottled@Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy orange colour, big white head. Aroma is sour fruits, earth and bigtime sourness. Flavour is really balanced wood, sourness and some dry & sour fruits. Really much wood and sourness in the finish and aftertaste. "

"Hazy orange, rich cotton-like foam. Grapefruit, brets, wood, cork, lemon and sour apricots in aroma. Acidic flavour of wood, lemon-peels, cork and brets. Lively carbonation. Sour grapefruity and woody aftertaste. Really nice."

"sour and yeasty flavors will assault the tip of your tongue. It's a fine example of a gueze; however, it convinces me that guezes aren't my style"

"Bottled. Last one at Kulminator. HUGE bubbly champagne-like tanned head. Body is a gorgeous amber. Nose is a wealth of woody, barnyard and damp basement notes. Faint sweat and leather. Taste is light sour fruit, more wood, some papery or cardboard notes, musty old books, some sweat and dank basement. Body is champagney and very effervescent with mild acidity and tartness. Finishes with more sour fruit notes, albeit milder, and more wood with an odd grainy flavor, wet paper, and a damp basement floor. Awesome stuff! Too bad it’s so rare!"
