The most classic of ales. Brewed with dark malts and gives a rich bronze colour, a malty caramel taste along with the fresh astringency of Goldings hops.

" Dark ruby brown witha low, firm tan-coloured head. Both fresh and deep aroma of roasted malts, nuts, smoke and salmiak in the aroma. Surprisingly full flavour of nuts and sweet licorice with a long salty and earthy bitter finish. So tasty and so quaffable. Beautiful stuff!"
