"Cask at the GBBF 2008, gravity dispense. ABV was 5.5%. Golden brown colour, no head. Fruity mild aroma and flavour, notes of blackcurrant and raspberry leaves. Low bitterness."

"Tasted at Noogfest 4.0 (2008). This altbier pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is caramel and sweet. A med bodied alt. The malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. The hops are mild and slightly spicy. Nice balance. Good balance. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly bitter."
