"Coopersmiths is a fun location with a pub on one side and a pool hall / pizza kitchen on the other. Their beers are solid. The regular beers are OK with some good exceptions (Cask Punjabi). And they rotate in interesting beers all the time on about 4 rotating taps, so there is always something new to try. Plus the food is excellent!"

"great location downtown....lots of action going on, and this was a very popular place to be at it seemed. staff was friendly and selection was amazing - they offered a TON on tap. food was a little above average, but brews all seemed watered down to me. seems maybe they just want to sell to the masses, so everything doesn't have a clean bright taste and in my opinion makes them un-original and unwilling to step out of the box to make something great. just an ok place due to the watered down brews, but a great atmosphere, so it's worth the stop."

"Went on a Friday night. The place was located in a nice part of town, and both sides of the brewpub were packed. It was very nice looking on the inside. We were told it would be a 30-35 wait. Instead, we just sat at the bar, which was fine. They sold samplers in groups of six, and they probably had about 14 beers on tap. However, the beers were just okay, not as good as they were built up to be. I did enjoy the Not Brown. The food was pretty good, however the pizza I ordered was very small, although very tasty. The bartender was pretty busy, but he always made sure we were taken care of. Overall, I was disappointed with this place, but only because of the expectations for the beer, which were still good beers, just nothing awesome. As for the food and atmosphere, it was top notch. Definitely hit for a meal if in Fort Collins."

"Very cool place located in downtown Fort Collins. Great building, but it was very crowded. Food is really good, however, I was disappointed in the beers. They all tasted watered down and lacked flavor. Really disappointed in the beers because I'd heard a lot of good about it. I'd still recommending trying it out if you're in town. Seems to be a local favorite and good place to grab a meal."

"Great experience. I grew up in the area, and have visited many of the local establishments, and this is one of my favorites. Spent many evenings shooting pool here and sampling their various brews. I try to stop by there every time I am in town. Same as the other reviews, I highly recommend stopping off at New Belgium Brewery down the street... This is a great place to bring the gang for entertainment."

Nice place. Good food. If I'm in Ft. Collins again, I'd go there for dinner & brews
However, if you're in the area, Coopesmith is a nice place for dinner, but you're only a few blocks from New Belgium! Be sure to go there too"

"A little pricey bu they serve up some really origina beers including a triple cherry bourbon which is out of this world. I your in fort collins definatly recomend stopping by. Also near this location within driving distance is both new belgium and Odell's here in town we call this the brewery tour tour."

"This was one of the first brewpubs I was ever in. They are located in Old town which is a really cool spot. They have a great selection of beers. I had a sampler of 5. Everything from IPA to hot chilli beer. The IPA was my favorite. The chilli beer was, well , chilli beer.
The place was crowded but service at the bar was good.
It can get a little pricey but the sampler is a good value.
If you go to Fort Collins check this place out."
