(3/15/2006 7:11:52 PM) "Very pale gold but has a nice glow that turns it from ehh to gorgeous. Winey aroma. Great fruity honey and a fresh scuppernong flavor. A bit of wood. Very tasty. I actually had to email the maker of this mead to make sure they didn't add any grapes of any kind because the fresh scuppernong/muscadine flavor was so strong. Delicious.
