A reddish cousin to English pale ales, only slightly sweeter. This is a malty, yet lightly hopped beer that is light bodied as well - it would make any Irishman come back for another.

"Pours a hazy pale bronze body with a medium cream-colored head that leaves light lacing. A faint malt nose and the classic Central Waters full, smooth mouthfeel. Medium bodied with a smooth texture. Flavor is tasty full-flavored but mellow malt with background hops. The finish begins slightly sharp and ends full and mellow. Superb! This CW Seasonal Release is smoother, rounder and perhaps less crisp than many Irish Ales, but to good effect -- it's eminently drinkable and memorable. "
