"This poured an amber color with a white head. The aroma contains alcohol, caramel, burbon, brown sugar, and a hint of citrus. The flavor contains oddly some sweet potatoes, citrus, burbon, and caramel. This one was rather hot and could use some aging but still a very good beer. "

"Central Waters is quickly rising to the top of my favorite Wisc brewers. Pours a muddy caramel colour with a decent sized vanilla head. Aroma is sharp, dank- lemon, alcohol and fermented cherries. Taste is full, and pungent- straightforward to the palate, impressive beer, with a kickass abv, im assuming around 8.5."
