Made from orange blossom honey, this light mead is a nice complement with fruit and cheese.

"This is much better than the homemade stuff my neighbor tried to make. Not sure quite what to expect I was pleasantly satisfied having a couple glasses from this bottle. Aroma is a touch sweet but rather calm. Pours like a white wine, nice clear color. Mouthfeel is slightly dry with a good clean finish. Tasty, the honey is subtle and crisp. Not too sweet it feels and tastes just right. Dry and not very acidic this is a good drink."
