"Pours opaque copper with small, fading head. Toffee and floral notes dominate the aroma. The flavor is almost perfect to me for your run-of-the-mill, 7% IPA. Floral and fruit bitterness barely outshine a terrific malt base of sweet bread and toffee. Medium-to-full bodied and properly, though mildly, carbonated. Another great showing by Coop. "
