Based on an Irish Red Ale recipe, this is a malty beer with a low hop level. Brewed with English Fuggle hops, and organically grown pale malt, of the variety 'Plumage Archer'. This is an old barley variety, which until the 1960's was the main malting variety grown in the UK.
Brewed in the spring.
