"What a pleasant suprise this one was. While finding this at the Grocery Outlet for about 75 cents a bottle, I figured it'd be a drainpour but felt compelled to drop three quarters for this beer, just to try it. Aroma was pretty average with a nice bit of hoppy citrus. Nice standard amber color with a nice head. Mouthfeel was medium bodied. Flavor profile was your average pale ale, small citrus and somewhat smooth, not harsh at all. Drinkability is really high, so I rated it a bit higher overall simply because you get some good bang for your buck..or in this case 3 quarters. "

"I don't expect much from a beer that only costs $18.50/case but this beer is surprisingly good. Light bodied with just enough bitterness. Taste of lemon or citrus. A great beer cold during the summer. Low alcohol with no aftertaste. The bottom of the bottle tastes the same as the first sip. I prefer my pale ales to be a bit more intense but this is a good, cheap alternative that is far superior to any domestic beer. "

"Nice enough Pale ale to look at, nice amber color, crystal clear, with a small off white head, that goes fast..leaves some lacing. Caramel and piney aromas vie for supremacy..very nice though. not quite a real hoppy American pale, but certainlly much hoppier than an English pale..this treds the middle road, though scewed towards the pleasant sherberty hops..good maltiness too though. Good on the palate. Nice drinkable pale..middle of the road for sure but good drinker."

"Poured a golden orange color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of earth, light caramel malts, and very faint citrus hops. Light pine, citrus, lots of caramel malts and a touch of diactyl... really boring."

"light to medium body; light orange color; foamy head. i thought this would be very hoppy just after smelling it and with the light color, but the flavor is actually very mellow. The easy bitterness in this case was welcome and drinkable.
The flavor is kind of a creamy, resiny bitterness, with very light malt and a decent body to go with that. Orange citrus flavors and apricot, with hints of maybe herbs like sage. The best part of this beer is actually the finish, which is rather juicy and not to dry or bitter. "
