"This is probably a great beer, deserving gold at 2002 World Beer Cup. But the draft I had was not all that! I am going to rate what I experienced, and hope for a much better round next time. Pours opaque, like black coffee. No head, no lacing. Aroma was wierd, like paper or wet cardboard. Wanted chocolate in the taste, got a phenolic hospital ward taste instead. Note to self: Beer is a living thing with not an indefinite lifespan. It doesn't survive overexposure to light or high temps. It gets old. Dump it. Life is too short for dead beer. "
