Brewed for the GABF’s Pro/AM Competition, this beer is collaboration between Boscos and homebrewer Mike Lee. The beer is a traditional German style rye (roggen) beer fermented with a strain of yeast that creates spicy clove character in the beer. This beer could be considered a “heferoggen” as it is similar to hefeweizen.
