"lemon body with white head. aroma is sweet, lemon, banana, light wheat. taste was sweet, spiced, strong hint of banana and lemon with a slightly bitter aftertaste. my first hefe ever... so maybe i am remembering too fondly... i loved it compared to other hefe’s i’ve had since"
