"Pours a clear amber with a moderate off-white head. Nose of sour apples and cooked veggies. Uneven mouthfeel; at times sour and rough, then sweet and smooth. Sweet-sour flavors of cider and caramel nut. MUSIC: 'Einzug Der Musikanten' by Karl Barthel mit Seiner Bavaria Brass Band"

"Poured a light copper color though slightly cloudy with a medium head that dissapated quickly leaving moderate lacing. I pride myself in judging Oktoberfest Marzens and this one while much better then most american Oktoberfests lacked the substantial flavor of a German Oktoberfest. Definetly worth a try. A very good Marzen brew from America's second oldest brewery."

"This beer was copper colored with a minimal head and a toasty malt aroma. Semisweet and caramely flavor with some vanilla and a hint of sourness that I have noticed with a couple other Huber beers. The finish was smooth and faintly hoppy. Pretty good brew."
