A beer of wine-like strength. Typically the stongest beer made by a brewery. Ours is an amber/copper colored ale that is caramally sweet and rich, with a hop character that comes through at the end. Full bodied with a warming strength it is considered a beer to enjoy in moderation in the cooler months. Much aging is needed before it is released to the public. Also, it is an excellent compliment with dessert.
