"Poured the usual yellow color with brownish hues, cloudy. The head was pretty weak for a hefe. Aroma was of cloves and banana, pretty authentic, rather balanced too (toss that dang lemon slice!). The flavor was balanced between the clove and banana flavors, as well as some serious wheat graininess and citrus flavors. I enjoyed this combination, but found it to be a bit too sweet."

"Medium gold color, hazy. Aroma is citrusy and fruity. A medium bodied hefe. Fairly flavorful. Malts are mild and fruity. Hops are light and citrusy. Only a touch of the banana and clove stuff. More in the German style. Nice, light and refreshing. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. "
