Dark and delightful, this is an easy-drinking brew. Brewed with five different malts and three different hops, then pitched with Bavarian lager yeast.

"Poured a mahogany red color with a small light tan head that left spotty lacing on the glass.. Musty, malty, doughy, sweet, citrus aroma. Honey, caramel, toasted dough, light roastiness in the taste. Very nice, a surprise from this brewer."
