"This beer poured a clear dark copper color with a tall beige head. It had aromas of grass and malt with flavors of caramel and raisin. This is one of the nicer Baltikas Ive had."

"I tried this last Sat. with London Broil and grilled veggies. My host and I paired this with the main course and I must admit it was a good call. The malty tastes of the beer went well with the grilled food the medium mouthfeel and flavor held its own with food with lots of flavor. The beer did not weigh you down so that you could truly enjoy the pairing."

"500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.6%. Copper coloured beer with a decent beige head. Interesting aroma of lightly roasted malts, caramel and fruit. The flavour is very malty and sweet (the maltose syrup shows its presence), but there is also some fruitiness. Plenty of caramel, hints of rye bread. Low bitterness. A bit too much sweetness for me, but definitely drinkable."

"There was an initial aroma of chocolate malt as I opened the bottle. A caramel colored body and head as I poured the beer into a pint glass. At the onset there was a sweet, malty and nutty flavors but had a harsh undertone as the beer moved to the back of the mouth. Not pleasant at all."
