"Quite an explosive bottle, once I removed the wire, the cork flew up in the ceilling and further... hav,nt found the cork yeat... Pours out in a hazy orange colour, topped with a rich white foam. Dryish minerally nose of funky yeast and lemon-rind. Mild but wel-balanced flavour of orange-peels, minerals, earth and wet grass. medium-bodied with a fairly soft carbonation. Long mellow finish with dryish accents of orange-peels, minreals and white bread.
