(5/11/2008 2:45:34 PM) "Pours out in a cloudy pale brown colour with a small creamy white foam. Yeasty and fruity aroma of dough, spices, leaves, red apples and cherries. Medium-bodied with notes of cherries, leaves, pears, vanilla, spices and cookies. Smooth mouthfeel. Spicy finish with sweet fruity notes of pears, apples, cherries and doughy yeast.
