A dark Christmas beer with cascade hops and oranges. Cellared for two months in oak barrels.

"Opaque dark brown with a bubbly brown lace. Sweet and somewhat vinous aroma of brown sugar, dades, nougat, cocnut, almond, yeast and pepper. Malty vinous flavour of dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut, spinned sugar, oak and black pepper. Mouthfeel is very smooth, almost flat and syrupy with it’s low carbonation. Warming peppery aftertaste with notes of oak, mild licorice, black chocolate mixed with brown sugar and dark dried fruit. A damn interesting beer to drink. Complex and thoughtfull. "
