A sweet front end belies the fresh English hops for a very earthy aroma & flavor. Just like Asheville, it plants a seed in your soul that stays with you for life.

"Knoxville Brewers' Jam 2008. Pours a golden-amber with a slight head and some lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of hops, some malts, and a slight floral note. Taste is hoppy with a good malt base and dry bitter in the end. "
