A profusion of tangy hops dominates this British ale from the nose through the long bitter finish. Cask Conditioned and served gently carbonated at cellar temperature. A must try for I.P.A. fans. Unlike conventional ales which go from fermenter to serving tank fully carbonated and under pressure, cask ales leave the fermenter flat, and are transferred to a cask along with unfermented malt. In the cask, the ale goes through a secondary fermentation which leaves it gently carbonated. Stored and hand pulled at cellar temperature (53 - 58 degrees). 5% ABV.
