Cask Conditioned I.P.A
A classic copper colored pale ale with a clean complex palate, an accent on yeastly fruitiness, a dash of Pale Ale malt character, and a dry, hoppy finish. Our traditional small batch IPA is cask conditioned, dry hopped, hand pulled, and served at cellar temperature (55°). It is rich and floral with an intense infusion of citrusy Cascade hops.
