"Pours a very clear, pale gold with evident carbonation (although cider doesn’t have what it takes to hold a head). The aroma is fairly full apples and slightly floral honey. The flavor has a lot of what I associate with champagne, although I can’t really pinpoint exactly what those flavors are. The flavor is decidedly sweet, but it’s the sweetness of a ripe apple, not cloying. The body is light, and has the exact same aftertaste of a fuji or winesap apple. Not bad, but perhaps a little too sweet for a session."
