Anheuser's answer to Heineken. Much less afterflavor, but very smooth and drinkable.

"A typical Anheuser-Busch product. While not the worst beer I've ever had, it certainly does not live up to its billing. It is better than Heineken, but in my book that's not saying much. I'll drink it if that's what's being offered, otherwise I'll have something else."

"At least they included the whole world in naming this beer instead of just naming America. This has a pretty smooth flavor with a skunky aftertaste. Luckily I didn't have to pay for my encouter with this watered down "select" beer."

"Pours a light yellow with a thin head and little to no lacing. Ample carbonation. Aroma is skunky hops with a pine and rotten malt mixture. Tastes the same. Not a good beer."

"Pours a normal pale yellow color just like bud, same fizzy head. Aroma has notes of light damage and hops. The flavor is dry and bitter with a bit of a malty finish."

"Thanks to my friend for arriving on my doorstep with a sixer. All in all not a bad lager but there is nothing out of the ordinary here. Crisp bland aroma, decent pour which is medium gold in color alright head and a trace of lacing, flavor and mouthfeel are adequate yet shallow. All in all not much to write home about."
