"I have had better american wheat beers than this. Anderson valley usually puts out very good beers so this was dissapointing...Weak aroma, appearance is much of that of a lager, and the flavor is lacking..average overall"

"This is probably the weakest of all the beers I have had from Anderson. I expected more but the title could be misleading, as this was not a serious mans wheat beer. It was very pale with a frothy head that had no stature. Flavor was decidely weak. Wouldnt buy again since they have better alternatives."

"Quite the unappealing beer. Hot day, really looking forward to quaffing a nice cold wheat beer. This falls flat on it's face in nearly every way. Aroma was tart and lemony with little of the classic wheatiness you'd expect. Appearance was clear, bubbly, big head and gold in color. Mouthfeel was average, medium bodied, clean finish. Flavors were tangy, slightly wheaty but extremely weak. Other than being wet and cold, I couldn't say much else in favor of this beer. Poured out the remaining 6 ounces. Not a drainpour, but I just didn't care to finish the rest."

"Medium gold color. Large foamy head. Aroma is lightly malty and hoppy. A filtered American wheat. Not much flavor. Mainly tastes lemony and kind of tart. No balance to this beer. Think Coors makes a wheat beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is bitter and lemony. Not Good. Disappointing. "

"This was a pretty boring beer. Its a yellow color with little head. Some citrus, wheat, and cloves in the flavor. Overall this was a weak effort but American Wheats are difficult to make above average. So why even attempt to brew them? "
