Boont Amber Ale is a medium bodied pale ale with a beatiful copper color, a robust head, and the rich flavor of caramel malt. This very smooth and exceptionally drinkable beer is excellent with steaks, chicken, pasta, and other flavorful meals.

"Rich amber color, nice head, and a rich, robust caramel flavor.
A little thick on the aftertaste, but a good beer with a meal.
I would buy it again."

"Pours a copper amber color. Nice head with good lacing. Has an aroma of sweet caramelly malts and a light hop note. Mouthfeel is creamy and smooth. Tastes sweet and malty balanced with a bit of hop bitterness."

"This is a very attractive beer; vibrant amber body, and an off-white head. If there would have been more lacing, I would have definitely given this one a 9 or 10 for appearance. The aroma was a nice, crisp balance of malts and hops, and the same is true for the flavor. The only negative thing I could say about the flavor is that it might be a bit on the floral side. Aftertaste is somewhat creamy and bitter -- a nice contrast and finish, for sure. Mouthfeel seems to fit the style; the carbonation is lively, yet the body is medium and smooth. Overall, this is an interesting amber, and definitely worth a try. "

"This was pretty much eveerything I expected from an Anderson Valley beer. It it full-bodied, slightly sweet, and a nice punch of hops. The flavor is just STRONG. That is not to say that it is intensely bitter or spiced in some killer way; it's just a great, intense tasting beer for sipping and reading in the evening. Finishes dry and clean. "
