An Extra Pale Ale with a balanced malt and hop flavor. Moderate additions of Pacific Northwest Cascade and Centennial hops for a tangy, citrus flavor to complement the mild Carmel malt taste. 1.048 O.G. - 1.006 F.G. 38 IBU 5.5% ABV (alcohol by volume)

"Bottle from hapjydeuce. Pour was golden yellow in color with a decent head, but not huge and frothy like some APAs. The aroma was nutty, musty and hearbal, somewhat crisp like a lager. The flavor was nutty spicey hops, slight resinous notes, again crisp and clean finish, lager-like. The mouthfeel was light, refreshing, not an over the top APA, but one I'd be proud to keep the fridge full of in the summer! Thanks, Justin."

"What a nice beer. Completely flying under beer geek USA's radar, this beer is a really great example of an America pale ale. It's got just the right combo of maltyness and hoppyness to be near perfect in balance. Excellent condition gives this a beautiful color and head. This baby is worth every penny if/when you find it."

"Golden colored with a dusty aroma, I was really surprised when I found bottles of this in Orange County. The flavor is dry and tangy. It's a very nice APA from a brewer that deserves more publicity."

"This pale ale pours an orange gold color from a 22 oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is reisny and citrusy hops, lots of them: really lots of them. A medium bodied Pale Ale. Malts are slightly fruity and semi-sweet. Hops are very bitter, citrusy and piney. Kind of unbalanced Pale Ale. Lots of hop bitterness with the malt sweetness as a backbone. The nice hoppy aroma does not match the flavor. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter."

"Poured a light amber color with a small white head that left some sticky lacing on the glass. Aroma of pine, straw, buttery malts, and light citrus. Taste citrus, light pine, and some more caramel malt. Not overly bitter, but a decent pale ale."
