(3/16/2006 5:10:30 PM) "Dark mahogany black, with a thin, dense creamy tan head. It has a light roasty aroma. The flavor is excellent with a big, bold roast, a little chocolate. There's a nice supporting bit of citrusy hops that are noticeable but in the background. The main flaw is that the bitterness is a bit rough in the finish.
