"Black colour with decent brown head. Sweet alcoholic nose with notes of roast, coffee and licorace. Also some bready notes. Flavour of wet burning wood/smoke (extremely roasted and smoky), as well as sweetish bitterness like old black coffee. Also some very dark chocolateish notes found. Finish and aftertaste is dominated by the smokishness, as well as some toffee and coffee. A sting of alcohol also while drinking it. Lovely palate also. One hell of a good beer. "
