Our lightest beer, Cow Town is a uniquely refreshing wheat ale made from Kansas grown wheat and Munich malts, topped with Hallertauer and Williamette hops.

"to me this looked very similar to blvd wheat, but as soon as I tasted it I was very disappointed to say the least. this was not a HORRIBLE drink, but I would not pay to drink this again. it was very lacking in taste for as good as the color looked. "

"On draft at the brewpub.
Aroma: None really to speak of. Grainy and very light lemony scent.
Apperance: Hazy straw yellow with a thin head and some lacing.
Flavor: Mostly just some grain flovors
Mouthfeel: Felt pretty grainy in the mouth too. Not much carbonation.
Overall: I guess this would be considered a refreshing beer, but I would not want it again."

"So-so. Not a whole lot of flavor to it, but not bad. Good choice for someone who isn’t a fan of most microbrews. Nothing to make a trip to the brewery to get, but it’s not horrible."

"Let me say that to like this, you should really be a fan of American wheat ales. This is the single most refresthing beer I have had, and is quite delicious, slightly grassy, somewhat citrusy and a light malt to play off the rich wheat. This beer produced the best head and lacing of any American Wheat I've yet seen. It is slightly watery, but the subtle flavors really come through in this 'lighter' beer.
RERATE: While still quite an American Wheat beer, I've had bolder and more interesting takes since. However, I'll never say to a Cowtown...unless I'm driving or something...wait, that's a bad idea with 75th Street involved..."
