"Dark brown with an ok head. Light bodied, but malty flavor (I guess from the buckwheat tea since I’m not sure you can get a beer this malty and light bodied at the same time otherwise.) Earthy and a bit like a bran muffin in flavor. This would make an excellent session beer."
