It has a pale gold color, is soft on the palette and has an intriguing spiciness imparted by the Belgian yeast. It is unfiltered and, therefore, cloudy in appearance. (Don’t panic, that is just yeast – which is mainly vitamin B – and we don’t charge extra for it.) If the flying monkeys scene scared you in the Wizard of Oz this beer will calm your nerves.
