An dark Bavarian HefeWeizen. Like our Hefeweizen, its brewed with over 50% red wheat and fermented twice using two distinctive Bavarian Weizenbier yeasts. It is an unfiltered, full bodied thirst quencher. Also lightly hopped, traditional Weizenbier flavors dominate, like banana and clove, but with a delicate caramel finish with only a touch of tartness.

"Best beer of the lot. Strong malt flavors with lots of bubble gummy esters. A friend says ripe bananas, I get more Dubble Bubble. A bit watery, but not as bad as their other beers."
