"Tasted on tap at the 2007 Bistro Wet Hop IPA Festival. This wet hop IPA poured a medium dark amber color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is malty, hoppy and floral. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are caramel, toffee and floral. Hops are grapefruity and earthy. Nice balance. Hops flavors are pronounced without a lot of hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is bitter. "
