Deep, golden, rich malt flavor huge citrus, fruity grassy, ethanol sweetness aroma with a profound bitterness, yet balanced malt back bone with grapefruit, mellow citric overtones. Dry hopped three times in the fermenter. Brewed with over 65 lbs of hops for 300 gallons of beer. The beer to bring world peace and end the war. "An Imperial IPA that California can be proud of
Aroma: The aroma is very hoppy with tons of floral scents, in particular pine and grapefruit
Appearance: The beer is hazy orangy-gold in colour with a fluffy white head.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, highly carbonated, with ample bitterness
Flavour: The flavour is full of hops and bitter. Some citrus flavours come through at the end.
Overall: A very good Imperial IPA

"Draft. Now this is a BIG strong West Coast-style IPA at 9.5%. Nice malt balance makes this an above average beer. Worth a try."

"Medium gold color. Large white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Imperial India Pale Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Nice strong malt backbone, Nicely balanced, but tending to the malt side a little bit. Somewhat bitter and crisp finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter.
