"Tasted on firkin at the 4th Annual Firkin Gravity Festival. This Belgian Strong Ale pours a medium yellow color. Small to medium sized head. Aroma is fruity and sweet, touch of spice and hops. Medium bodied BSA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and citrusy. It has that Belgian yeast and fruit character, but it’s got a bunch of hops as well. Nice balance. Mild soft carbonation. Very smooth taste. Touch of an alcohol bite at the finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter. "
