Midgårds Øl is brewed from selected malt and hop sorts, and the good water, that is pumped up a few meters from the spring of Ørbæk on Funen. After the brewing process the mead is added. Our mead is produced by pure ingredients with no artificial additives. The mead gives the beer more body and a soft and rounded honey flavor.

"Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Malts meets quite much honeyish and nectary sweetness in both the aroma and flavour. Also some slightly fruity hints. A bit like a mix of mead and beer. "
